Runtime definition

Runtime means a time when You interact with the application the same way a user would. You can view the code, but you cannot change it.
Runtime means a static, non-linkable version of the Software, embedded in an Application Software, only in a binary non-linkable form that is not directly accessible to either the sub users or the end users of the Application Software.

Runtime means a component of a Development-Kit (DK) Software which will be build into the Software developed with this DK.
