Running change definition
Running change means a change to a vehicle/engine or addition of a model which occurs after certification but during vehicle/engine production.
Running change means any application for any amendment to a Certificate of Conformity submitted to and approved by EPA for an engine family after issuance of the original Certificate of Conformity for that engine family.
