Run-out Services definition

Run-out Services means services that are customarily provided following an operational transfer of health insurance plans and that require Defendants’ ongoing support, including claims processing, claims reporting, administrative support, and routine investigations necessary for claims processing.

Examples of Run-out Services in a sentence

  • Monthly payments for Runout Claims and the Runout Services Fee are due and payable by Employer for each month during the Runout Period within 31 calendar days following delivery to Employer by BCBSKC of the Monthly Settlement Report.

  • Upon termination of this Addendum, and except in the event of Employer’s material breach of this Addendum (including Employer’s non-payment), BCBSKC shall provide Runout Services for Runout Claims.

  • Paid Claims and the fee for providing Claims Runout Services shall be invoiced and paid in the same manner as provided in Sections 4 and 5 of Schedule A, unless otherwise provided or agreed to in writing by the Parties.

  • Claims Runout Services shall be provided for the sixty (60) days following the date of termination of this Agreement.

  • Employer agrees to pay PBM fees for Claims Runout Services described in Section 5 of Exhibit A of the Pharmacy Services Schedule.

  • The fee for providing Claims Runout Services during the Claims Runout Period, if applicable, is provided in Section 6 of Schedule A.

  • The fee for Claims Runout Services is included in the Base Administrative Services Fees in Section 3(A) of this Schedule A.

  • Medical: A separate fee for Claims Runout Services will not be charged.

  • Throughout the Runout Period, Contractor shall provide such Runout Services as reasonably necessary to administer the provision of claims related services as described to ensure an orderly wind down of the arrangement contemplated by this SOW (“Runout Services”).

  • The fee for providing Claims Runout Services during the Claims Runout Period, if applicable, is provided in Attachment 1 to Exhibit C (Fees and Compensation).
