Rumo means Rumo S.A., a company organised and existing under the laws of Brazil, with its head office at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, 100, Cajuru, Curitiba, PR, Brazil, Zip Code 82920-030, enrolled with the Brazilian tax registry under number 02.387.241/0001-60;
