Rules Tariff definition

Rules Tariff means the rules and regulations in force and governing the tolls, receipt, operations and delivery for Light Condensate transportation service on the Cochin Pipeline filed with, and approved by, the appropriate regulatory authority as may be amended from time to time.
Rules Tariff means the Rules and Regulations Tariff for the Pipeline, as filed from time to time with the applicable regulatory authorities.
Rules Tariff means Carrier’s rules and regulations tariff(s) for the Pipeline on file with the NEB and in effect, as such rules and regulations tariff(s) may be amended or supplemented by Carrier from time to time in accordance with Part IV of the National Energy Board Act. The Rules Tariffs may include joint tariff rules or international joint tariff rules;

  • In the case of inconsistency between this Bill of Lading and the applicable tariff or the terms and conditions of service, this Bill of Lading shall prevail, with the exception that any regulations relating to Negotiated Rate Arrangements (“NRA”) contained in Carrier’s Rules Tariff, the NRA regulations shall prevail.

  • The individual carrier's governing General Rules Tariff will apply when determining carrier liability.

  • During the continuance of a Customer Default, in addition to Transporter’s rights and remedies provided for in this Agreement, the Rules Tariff or at law, in equity or by statute or regulation, Transporter shall not be obligated to accept Customer’s Crude Oil for transportation and may suspend the provision of other Services to Customer.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, (a) the Tariff, Rules Tariff and Proration Policy are subject to amendment by Transporter from time to time to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, and (b) Transporter is hereby authorized to amend Schedule A to reflect any adjustment to the Minimum Volume Commitment made in accordance with the provisions of the Open Season Terms.

  • Should any Common Carrier Requirement or any action by any Governmental Authority require Transporter to implement a change in Transporter’s obligations with respect to the provision of Services, the Rules Tariff or the Proration Policy as provided for in this Agreement or any Schedule hereto, Transporter shall provide reasonable notice to Customer of such action.

  • The proration provisions of the Rules Tariff shall apply so as to provide TRMC with priority for the adjusted Reserved Capacity as a shipper under a Committed Tariff, and TRMC shall be subject to proration as a shipper under an Uncommitted Tariff with respect to any portion of a Capacity Expansion not reserved by TRMC pursuant to this Section 2(b)(ii).

Rules Tariff means the tariff THPP currently has on file with the NDPSC which specifies rules and regulations for transporting crude petroleum from North Dakota origins on the Pipeline System to the Mandan Refinery, and any amended, replacement or supplemental tariff that THPP files in the future with the NDPSC for the transportation of crude petroleum from North Dakota origin points to North Dakota destinations.
Rules Tariff means Transporter’s FERC rules and regulations tariff(s) applicable to transportation on the Connecting Pipeline, a pro forma copy of which is attached as Schedule C, as such rules and regulations tariff(s) may be amended or supplemented by Transporter from time to time.
Rules Tariff means a tariff containing Charges and terms and conditions governing the Charges, and the classifications, rules, regulations and practices of Carrier, but does not include Freight Rates.
Rules Tariff means a tariff or the portion of a tariff, as defined by 46 CFR 520.2, containing the terms and conditions governing the charges, classifications, rules, regulations and practices of an NVOCC, but does not include a rate.
Rules Tariff means the UNEV FERC rules and regulations of the Pipeline Tariffs; as such rules and regulations tariff may be amended or supplemented by UNEV from time to time.
Rules Tariff means the CCPS FERC rules and regulations tariff of Spearhead Pipeline, as such rules and regulations tariff may be amended or supplemented by CCPS from time to time.
