RULES AND REQUIREMENTS. I shall conduct myself in accordance with Body & Soul’s policies and procedures and those of the facility in which the Activity is held, as well as common sense. I agree to abide by all the rules and requirements of the Activity. I grant Body & Soul the right to terminate my participation in the Activity if it is determined that my conduct violates any rule of the Activity, is detrimental to the best interests of the group, or appears to threaten my health or the health of other participants. INFORMED CONSENT: I have been informed of and understand the various aspects of the Activity. I understand that as a participant in the Activity I could sustain serious personal injuries, illness, property damage, or even death attributable to (i) Body & Soul’s actions, inactions or negligence; (ii) the actions, inactions or negligence of others, including, but not limited to, the instructors, leaders, and other participants; and/or (iii) the condition of equipment used. I also understand that there may be other risks not known to me or not reasonably foreseeable at this time. Any injury, illness, property damage, disability, or death that I may sustain by any means shall be my sole responsibility. RULES AND REQUIREMENTS means any policy, rule, requirement, guideline or procedure of Council or any third party notified to the Supplier from time to time, including any policies, rules or requirements referred to in the Contract, and Council’s policies, rules and requirements that are publicly available, including those published on Council’s website. Security of Payment Act means the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017 (Qld) and its regulations, as amended from time to time.
