RTVS definition

RTVS means Replay's proprietary service providing for the ---- personalized viewing of content over a television or monitor and contains a dialup or network connection for the delivery of software upgrades and/or content updates. RTVS includes, without limitation, the following functionality: (a) personalized programming (including time-shifting of programming, automatic and intelligent program recording, promotion of "off- hours" programming not otherwise immediately or easily viewed, future locally modified and enhanced television programming), (b) an interactive on-screen programming guide, (c) locally-inserted advertising, (d) e-commerce capabilities, (e) pay-per-view services, and (f) premium virtual channels.

Examples of RTVS in a sentence

  • The compensation shall be due and payable in 3 days after the day, on which Media RTVS called the Advertiser to pay such compensation.

  • The contractual fine shall be due and payable in 3 days after the day, on which Media RTVS called the Advertiser to pay such fine.

  • Without prejudice to the previous sentence, Media RTVS shall be entitled to claim from the Advertiser a contractual fine amounting to the price of the contracted CMC broadcast.

  • The contractual fine shall be due and payable in 3 days of the day, when Media RTVS called the Advertiser to make the payment.

  • If the CMC is planned to be broadcasted over several months, Media RTVS will invoice the price of such CMC always at the end of every month, during which the CMC has been broadcasted in accordance with the Advertiser’s requirements.

  • If the Advertiser fails to submit the requested documents to the registered office of Media RTVS without any undue delay, Media RTVS shall be entitled to withdraw from the signed contract, or from the accepted order, while Media RTVS shall not be obligated to broadcast the CMC.

  • If the Advertiser would like to pay the remuneration for the CMC broadcasting in advance, it can ask Media RTVS to settle the payment upon placing the order, while Media RTVS can grant a discount for early payment amounting to 1% - 5% of the campaign net net value.
