RTS 25 definition
RTS 25 means Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/574 of 7 June 2016 supplementing Directive 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards for the level of accuracy of business clocks.
RTS 25 means the UK version of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/574 of 7 June 2016 supplementing Directive 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards for the level of accuracy of business clocks, as amended by the FCA's Technical Standards (Markets In Financial Instruments Directive) (EU Exit) (No 1) Instrument 2019 which is part of UK law by virtue of the EUWA.
