RTPS Portal means an online trilingual (English, Assamese and Bengali) portal (https://rtps.assam.gov.in/), created under ACCSD to promote proactive disclosure related to citizens’ entitlements under the ARTPS Act and procedures for accessing services as well as allow citizens to apply for and receive RTPS services online.”

  • Web Portal means an online entity through which persons are able to effect transactions in securities.
