TCH maintains the RTP Network and will be a third-party beneficiary to this Service Description and the Master Agreement (insofar as it applies to the Service), entitled to the benefits and protections of their applicable terms and conditions.
You agree to comply with all Applicable Laws and the RTP Network Operating Rules in connection with your use of the Service, and you agree not to use the Service in any manner that would cause Bank to be in violation of Applicable Laws or the RTP Network Operating Rules.
You may not send RTP Payments through the Bank’s RTP Service that exceed the RTP Network limit published by The Clearing House in a single transaction from your commercial deposit account.

When you receive a paymentthrough the RTP Network provided by The Clearing House Payments Company L.L.C., you confirm, by not rejecting the payment, that you are not receiving the payment on behalf of someone who is not a resident of or otherwise domiciled in the U.S.
The Bank will offer origination or Funds Transfers via the RTP Network at a later date.
The RTP Funds Transfer service allows Company to initiate and send domestic, final, irrevocable payments from Company’s Account to other Persons in real time through the RTP Network (“RTP Funds Transfer Service”).
