C) RTO Transactions: Where the Covered Product was initially acquired under an RTO Transaction, any cash settlement or refund will be payable to the owner of the product at the time the settlement is made.
The New Borrower shall have delivered to Lender evidence satisfactory to Lender of the New Borrower’s compliance with the state auto dealer license requirements for each state in which that Borrower facilitates RTO Transactions.
