RTC Charge definition

RTC Charge means the portion (which may become all) of the Transition Charge designated pursuant to the Financing Order as the RTC Charge, as the same may be adjusted from time to time as provided in the Financing Order, and may in the future include a pro rata component of any exit fee collected pursuant to Section 1G(g) of Chapter 164 of the Massachusetts General Laws.

Examples of RTC Charge in a sentence

  • On the Closing Date, based upon the information available to the Seller on the Closing Date, the assumptions used in calculating the initial RTC Charge are reasonable and are made in good faith.
