The Writer acknowledges that the Writer is aware that RTÉ is a public sector body designated under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, 2014 and that this contract may therefore be liable to public disclosure under that Act, subject to RTÉ's right to refuse disclosure on the grounds set out in the Act.
