RSU/PSU Plan definition
RSU/PSU Plan means the Amended and Restated Plan for Restricted Share Units and Performance Share Units of the Company, as described in the Company Filings;
RSU/PSU Plan means the Yellow Media Limited Restricted Share Unit and Performance Share Unit Plan, as same may be amended from time to time.
