RSU Grant definition

RSU Grant means a grant to a Participant, under the Program pursuant to Article 19, of RSUs determined with reference to a notional dollar amount;
RSU Grant. A “restricted share unit” granted to a Participant, which would entitle him or her to a cash payment (or stock award), in accordance with his or her RSU Grant Agreement.

RSU Grant means a grant to a Participant pursuant to Article 5 of Restricted Share Units determined with reference to a stated dollar amount;
