RSU Dividends definition

RSU Dividends means additional RSUs credited as dividend equivalents pursuant to Section 4.04 (RSU Dividends) and recorded in a Member’s RSU Account.
RSU Dividends means a hypothetical dividend payable with respect to an RSU. An RSU Dividend shall be deemed paid at the same times and in the same amounts as dividends are paid with respect to Shares.
RSU Dividends means the RSUs referred to in Section 4.4 (RSU Dividends) applied to and recorded in RSU Accounts for Participants.

Examples of RSU Dividends in a sentence

  • RSU Dividends shall be treated separately from the RSUs and the rights arising in connection therewith for purposes of the designation of time and form of payments required by Section 409A of the Code.

  • This award of RSUs and all RSU Dividends hereunder are, individually and in the aggregate, intended to constitute an “unfunded” plan.
