RSTRENG means AGA Pipeline Research Committee Project PR-3-805 “A Modified Criterion for Evaluating the Remaining Strength of Corroded Pipe" (December 1989), or any updated version of this criterion for the duration of this Consent Decree that is no less stringent than the referenced version.
