RSPCL or “COMPANY” shall mean “ Rajasthan State Petroleum Corporation Limited, having its Corporate Office at 4, Meera Marg, Udaipur (Rajasthan) and registered office at Khaniz Bhawan ,Tilak Marg, Jaipur, Jaipur (Rajasthan) including its successors in office and assignees or its representatives authorized to act on its behalf for the purpose of contact.
