RSPCB means the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board having its office at 4, Institutional Area, Jhalana Doongri, Jaipur, India and shall include any person or persons authorized by the RSPCB. The RSPCB is also executing agency of the Project. “The Owner” means the RSPCB.
