RSPA means the Individual Receivables Sale and Purchase Agreement, i.e. an individual purchase and assignment agreement of Loan Receivables between Initial Buyer and each Investor on the basis of the RSPA GTC.

  • RSPA carries out this responsibility through its Office of Pipeline Safety (“OPS”).
