RSL Agreement definition
RSL Agreement means (if paragraph 2.15 of the First Schedule applies) an RSL Section 106 agreement entered into by an Approved Body (other than Downland) with the Council in respect of the Affordable Dwelling Units containing provisions substantially in the form set out In the Fourth Schedule to this Agreement, "Section 106 Monitoring Fee" means the Council's administration costs in monitoring use of contributions received by the Council pursuant to Section 106 of the Act;
