RSGs definition
RSGs means restricted share grants of the Company granted pursuant to the Company’s 2010 Restricted Share Grant Plan, as amended from time to time (formerly known as unit appreciation rights (UARs) of the Fund granted pursuant to the Fund’s 2004 Unit Appreciation Right Plan, as amended from time to time).

RSGs means restricted share grants of the Company granted pursuant to the Company’s 2010 Restricted Share Grant Plan, as amended from time to time. “ Securities Laws ” means, collectively, Canadian Securities Laws and U.S. Securities Laws. “ Securityholder Subscription Share Percentage ” means: (i) in respect of the Senior Unsecured Debtholders, the percentage that the principal amount of Senior Unsecured Debt held by a Senior Unsecured Debtholder bears to the aggregate principal amount of all Senior Unsecured Debt as of the Record Date ; ( ii) in respect of the Convertible Debentures, the percentage that the principal amount of Convertible Debentures held by a Convertible Debentureholder bears to the aggregate principal amount of all Convertible Debentures as of the Record Date ; ( iii) in respect of the Preferred Shareholders, the percentage that the number of Preferred Shares held by a Preferred Shareholder bears to the aggregate number of all Preferred Shares as of the Record Date ; and
RSGs means a restricted share grant which an Eligible Person receives or becomes entitled to receive pursuant to a Grant Agreement and which, subject to the terms of Article 8 hereof, is subject to vesting as provided in a Grant Agreement and exchangeable into one non-assessable Share of the Corporation;
