RSE Licence definition

RSE Licence means a Registrable Superannuation Entity Licence as defined in the Act. “Rules” means the Rules annexed to and forming part of this Deed.
RSE Licence means the Trustee’s RSE Licence granted by the Regulator under the Relevant Law.
RSE Licence means a registrable superannuation entity licence and conditions as issued by the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority, pursuant to the requirements of SIS;

  • The Participating Employer acknowledges that the Trustee may have duties and obligations under the law, including the Relevant Law, its Registrable Superannuation Entity (RSE) Licence and its Australian Financial Services Licence.
