  • In consideration for the services to be performed by the Contractor, the County agrees to reimburse Turn Key from pre-approved grant funds for the following: RSAT funds (available until September 30, 2023): • SUD/MH Assessments up to 132 assessments at $350/assessment or $4,550 Turn Key will have access to re-entry funds for their clients.

  • Up to $30,000 in funds are made available to clients from the RSAT funding.
