RSA Plan definition

RSA Plan means The Kroger Co. 401(k) Retirement Savings Account Plan, as it may be amended from time to time.
RSA Plan has the meaning set forth in Schedule 4.10(a).

Examples of RSA Plan in a sentence

  • Solely for purposes of the consensual use of Cash Collateral in accordance with this Interim Order and solely with respect to Adequate Protection Superpriority Claims and Adequate Protection Liens shall not include any expenditure or transfer of Cash Collateral consistent with the Budget and the Cash Management Order during the period from the Petition Date until the earlier of (x) the effective date of the RSA Plan and (y) the Termination Date.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in Sections 4.10(a) or 4.10(b), upon voluntary termination of employment, a Transferred C Employee may at any time petition the Seller in accordance with the terms of the RSA Plan for accelerated vesting and non-cancellation of outstanding and unvested RSA Awards.
