RSA Party definition
RSA Party means a party to this Agreement whether as an initial signatory on the date of this Agreement or pursuant to the execution of a Joinder.
RSA Party or “RSA Parties” shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

No RSA Party shall, without the prior written consent of the Debtors, make any public announcement or otherwise communicate (other than to decline to comment) with any person with respect to Restructuring or any of the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby, other than as may be required by applicable law and regulation or by any governmental or regulatory authority.
