Related to RS Initial Date

  • Initial Date means the date of the closing of the Initial Offering of the Company.

  • R (initial) means the Reference Price on the Initial Observation Date.

  • Initial Date of Deposit means the date of this Reference Trust Agreement as set forth above.

  • Liquidity Account Initial Date means, with respect to any Series, the date designated as the Liquidity Account Initial Date in the Appendix for such Series.

  • Initial Distribution Date means the date occurring as soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date when distributions under the Plan shall commence.
