RROT definition

RROT means a regulated rate option tariff as contemplated under Section 103 of the EUA and the Regulated Rate Option Regulation;
RROT. ’ means a ROT that is member or member organization so designated by the Exchange which is awarded remote quoting rights to enter bids and offers electronically from locations other than the trading crowd where the applicable options class is traded on the Exchange’s physical trading floor. See Amex Rule 900—ANTE(b)(51).

  • Costs incurred by EESAI, the Consultation Parties in relation to the 2003 Plan or prior Plans including costs related to any dispute resolution matter, whether before the AEUB or Board Observer and Advisor, and the costs of the Advisor and AEUB costs will be included in the energy costs for EESAI’s RROT Customers.
