Immediately following the contribution of the Subject Interest to the Partnership pursuant to Section 2.1, the Partnership hereby grants, contributes, bargains, conveys, assigns, transfers, sets over and delivers to RRMO, its successors and assigns, for its and their own use forever, all right, title and interest in and to the Subject Interest, and RRMO hereby accepts such contribution from the Partnership.
