The Assignee further agrees to comply with and perform all the duties, obligations and covenants of the Assignor under the RRLP Loan Documents at the times and in the manner provided therein.
The Assignee accepts the above assignment of the Assignor’s right, title and interest in the RRLP Loan Documents and fully and unconditionally assumes all of the obligations, liabilities, covenants, representations and warranties of the Assignor under the RRLP Loan Documents.

Pursuant to Section 9.A. of the RRLP Agreement, both the County and Authority hereby terminate the RRLP Agreement, effective November16, 2023 ("Termination Date").
All references in the RRLP Loan Documents to the Assignor shall be deemed to be references to the Assignee.
