The State, RRL and the Robe Participants are now the parties to the agreement dated 18 November 1964, approved by and scheduled to the Iron Ore (Robe River) Agreement ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and which as subsequently added to, varied or amended is referred to in this Agreement as the "Principal Agreement".
