RRD Employee definition
RRD Employee means an active employee or an employee on vacation or on approved leave of absence (including maternity, paternity, parental, family, short-term [or long-term] disability leave, qualified military service and other approved leaves) who immediately following the Final Separation Date is employed by RRD or any member of the RRD Group. RRD Employee shall also include any employee of an entity in the RRD Group who, as of the Final Separation Date, is receiving short-term or long-term disability benefits or workers’ compensation benefits.

Effective as of the Effective Time, RRD shall discontinue the purchase of common shares under the RRD Employee Stock Purchase Plan and the RRD Canadian Employee Stock Purchase Plan (the “RRD ESPPs”).
In addition, for each RRD Employee, LSC Employee and Donnelley Financial Employee listed on Schedule 6.9(h)(ii), if such employee’s employment terminates during the Wear Away Period, he or she shall be obligated under his or her Restrictive Covenants to the other Parties who were not his or her post-spin employer for the period, if any, beginning on the date of termination and ending at the conclusion of the Wear Away Period.
