RRCs definition
RRCs means the incremental credits payable to BPA for resource usage that is lower than the Resource Volumes.
RRCs means, for any Billable Resource Unit, the incremental credit payable by Supplier to Kraft based on the amount by which the Actual Volumes of Billable Resource Units is below the Resource Baseline for such Billable Resource Unit.
RRCs shall be the fees set forth in Exhibit E to be credited per Resource Unit for Services below the resource volume baselines set forth in Exhibit E.
