RRA Rights definition
RRA Rights means all of the Pledgor’s interests in the Registration Rights Agreement, including, without limitation, (i) the right to request a “Demand Registration” and/or a “PiggyBack Registration” (in each case as defined in the Registration Rights Agreement) (ii) any and all rights to receive and compel performance under the Registration Rights Agreement and (iii) any and all other rights, interests and claims now existing or in the future arising in connection with the Registration Rights Agreement.
