R&R Policy definition

R&R Policy means the resettlement and rehabilitation policy adopted by Maharashtra on March 12, 1997 in connection with the Mumbai Urban Transport Project, setting forth the policies and procedures addressing adverse temporary or permanent social impacts resulting, or likely to result from, the carrying out of the Project, as such policy may be revised from time to time with the prior no objection of the Bank.
R&R Policy means the policy of the State Government on rehabilitation and resettlement of project affected persons, as applicable and notified from time to time and is in accordance with “The right to fair compensation and transparency in land acquisition, rehabilitation and resettlement act, 2013 and subsequent amendment thereof” and “Jharkhand Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules 2015 and subsequent amendment thereof;
R&R Policy means Resettlement and Rehabilitation Policy, adopted by the State of Himachal Pradesh Government on February 3, 2006, amended on June 3, 2006, and setting forth the policies and procedures addressing adverse temporary or permanent social impacts resulting, or likely to result from, the carrying out of the Project, as the same may be revised from time to time with the prior approval of the Bank.
