R&R Plan definition

R&R Plan means the rehabilitation and resettlement plan prepared in accordance with “The right to fair compensation and transparency in land acquisition, rehabilitation and resettlement act, 2013” and subsequent amendment thereof, “Jharkhand Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules 2015 subsequent amendment thereof, applicable R&R Policy/ scheme and recommendation of R&R Committee duly approved by State Government Authorities.

Examples of R&R Plan in a sentence

  • The Mine Operatorshall be solely responsible for undertaking the Rehabilitation and Resettlement of the PAPs in accordance with the approved R&R Plan, Applicable Laws and this Agreement at its own cost and expense.
