RR Group means any body corporate which is Red Rhino Limited’s subsidiary or parent company, or a subsidiary of that company’s parent company.

The payment of the Penalty to any entity RR Group shall be without prejudice to any entity of RR Group’s right to claim compensation for any damage (including without limitation any indirect or consequential damage, loss of profits or any expenses incurred in relation to the breach or an anticipatory breach) that exceeds the Penalty, which right shall not be affected nor limited by the payment of the Penalty.
