All direct and documented R&R Costs incurred by the Mine Operator shall be reimbursed by the Authority in accordance with the R&R Policy, upon production of appropriate documentary evidence by the Mine Operator.
Upon production of appropriate documentary evidence, the direct and documented R&R Costs incurred by the Mine Operator in undertaking such Rehabilitation and Resettlement operations in accordance with the approved R&R Plan shall be reimbursed by the Authority in accordance with Clause 29.1.6 of this Agreement and Applicable Laws.
