RR Agreements definition

RR Agreements has the meaning set forth in the recitals of this Agreement.
RR Agreements means, collectively, the APAC RR Agreement, the UK RR Agreement and the U.S.
RR Agreements means the agreements and instruments executed and delivered by the Company in favor of R&R in effect from time to time.

Examples of RR Agreements in a sentence

  • This amount shall be payable for the full Transition Period irrespective of the discontinuance of any Transition Services (as defined in the RR Agreements).

  • Section 5.7, Section 5.11(c) to the extent of any surviving provisions under the terminated RR Agreements, Article VII and Article VIII shall survive any such termination.
