Your Introducing Broker is not authorized to act on behalf of RQD to change any terms of this Agreement.
RQD shall have all rights and remedies available to a secured creditor under Governing Regulations (see definition Governmental and Exchange Rules section below), in addition to the rights and remedies provided herein.
The rights conferred upon RQD in this paragraph extend to any third-party fiduciary with discretion over your Account.
RQD may remove any non-transferable Securities or other property from your Account without further notice.
