RPU definition

RPU means any Unit designated as Restricted Partnership Unit in accordance with this Agreement.
RPU means a reduced (benefits) paid-up policy on which no future premium is due and which provides reduced paid up benefits.
RPU means a Fortress Operating Group Restricted Partnership Unit, that either has vested or will vest, subject to certain conditions, into a Partnership Unit.

Examples of RPU in a sentence

  • Unless and until an RPU vests, the Participant will have no right to payment in respect of any such RPU.
