R.P.F.C. definition

R.P.F.C. means the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Rajasthan, Jaipur, appointed under section 5(D) of E.P.F. Act, 1952.
R.P.F.C. means, the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner under whose geographical jurisdiction the exempted establishment is covered

  • It shall be obligatory on the part of the contractor to submit along with their monthly bill, a copy of the challan in proof of payment of P.F. contribution (employees & UCILs) along with a detailed statement submitted to RPFC office showing the name of contractor’s employees and the amount remitted in respect of the employees.

  • Code No. with RPFC under EPF & M Provisions Act 1952 & Service Tax Rules.

  • Bidders are required to submit copy of latest valid Employees Provident Fund Registration Certificate under RPFC, Service Tax Registration No & PAN Card No.

  • The Contractor shall abide by the provisions of labour laws , Contract Labour Regulations and Abolition Act (Act 37 of 1970) pertaining to the employment of the labour and shall get register with regional provident fund commissioner and inform the GMDC about the registration number by submitting the copy of the number allotted to contractor by RPFC .

  • Bidder is required to submit a copy of PF registration number received from RPFC office along with the tender, failing which the bid will be rejected summarily.

  • For this purpose agency must submit a certificate in their Bill that PF amount has been deducted from the eligible employees and along with the employers contribution has been deposited with RPFC.

  • It is to be noted that the subject contract would be awarded only to those agencies who have fulfilled the following requirements: Obtained licence under Contract Labour (Abolition and Regulation) Act 1970 P.F. Registration Number allotted to them by RPFC.

  • In support of this the agency must furnish the challans/receipt for the payment made to RPFC for the earlier months.

  • In case of violation of the provisions of the Agreement by the Hospital, the amount equivalent to 15% of the amount of (security deposit) in the form of bank guarantee will be charged as Liquidated Damages by the RPFC.

  • RPFC may at its discretion and shall always be entirely at the cost of the Hospital defend such suit, either jointly with the Hospitalor singly in case the latter chooses not to defend the case.
