In connection with the 2014 PSA, REV, RP6 and American Shale amended the Restated AJDA pursuant to that certain First Amendment to Amended and Restated Farm-Out and Area of Joint Development Agreement dated May 20, 2014 (the “First Amendment,” and the Restated AJDA, as amended by the First Amendment, the “AJDA”).
