Royalty Prepayment definition

Royalty Prepayment means a prepaid credit against the Program Licenses at the applicable Per Unit Fee, as set forth in Item 1.1.0 of this Supplement XXI.
Royalty Prepayment means the amount as set forth in Item 1.1.0 of this Supplement XXII to be prepaid by Licensee for the Program Licenses.
