Royalty Indenture definition

Royalty Indenture means the amended and restated indenture dated April 23, 2002 between the Corporation and the Trustee providing for the issuance by the Corporation of royalty units, as amended from time to time, and “Royalty Units” means such royalty units;
Royalty Indenture means the Amended and Restated Royalty Indenture dated as of June 17, 2003 between the Borrower and Computershare Trust Company of Canada, for and on behalf of the Royalty Unitholders and the Trust Unitholders, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof;
Royalty Indenture means the Amended and Restated Royalty Indenture, as amended, made as of the date hereof between the Corporation, and the Trustee on behalf of the Unitholders;

Examples of Royalty Indenture in a sentence

  • The Trustee shall be obligated to (i) apply for ARC, and (ii) reimburse the Corporation for Reimbursed Crown Charges paid by the Corporation except to the extent that the Corporation has elected to waive its right to reimbursement, in accordance with the Royalty Indenture.

Royalty Indenture means the Amended and Restated Royalty Indenture between the Corporation, the Trustee on behalf of the Royalty Unitholders and the Trustee on behalf of the Unitholders providing for the creation of the Royalty and issue of the Royalty Units;

Royalty Indenture means the amended and restated Royalty Indenture dated as of December 30, 2009 as supplemented December 31, 2009 between the Company and the Trustee as trustee for the Royalty Unitholders and the Trust Unitholders, and includes all amendments and supplements made thereto, all restatements thereof and all substitutions and replacements therefor, in each case from time to time.\

  • Third Supplemental Indenture has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Operative Indentures means, as of any date, each “Indenture” (as such term is defined in the Note Purchase Agreement), including the Indenture, whether or not any other “Indenture” shall have been entered into before or after the date of the Indenture, but only if as of such date all “Equipment Notes” (as defined in each such “Indenture”) are held by the “Subordination Agent” under the “Intercreditor Agreement”, as such terms are defined in each such “Indenture”.
