Unless otherwise agreed by Rowing Ireland, the Rower shall forthwith return to Rowing Ireland all equipment upon the termination of this Agreement or earlier at Rowing Ireland's request.
Rowing Ireland is the national governing body for the sport of rowing in Ireland.

For the avoidance of doubt, Rowing Ireland has the absolute right to suspend or terminate the Rower's membership of the HPP in light of any such review, subject to Rowing Ireland discussing its intentions with the Rower beforehand and thereafter giving written notice to the Rower.
The Rower shall be entitled to terminate his membership of the HPP at any time subject to discussing his intentions with Rowing Ireland High Performance Director beforehand and thereafter giving written notice to him.
