ROW/Construction Phase definition
ROW/Construction Phase means the work required to construct the US 20A at I-475 Interchange Project, which includes, but is not limited to, final acquisition activities for Project right of way and utility relocation and the construction of the Project, including construction engineering and inspection activities through certification of completion of the Project, and all related required or appropriate activities, services, expenses and costs related thereto and in amounts set forth on Exhibit A and as set forth and described per Project plans and documents on file with ODOT and the LCTID.
