Routine Property Maintenance Services definition
Routine Property Maintenance Services means preventive or periodically required maintenance the performance of which is essential to the on-going care required to maintain Authority Properties free from the accumulation of debris and uncut vegetation and free of health and safety hazards and other conditions that allow for a property to be deemed a “nuisance” within the meaning of local municipal ordinances. Routine Property Maintenance Services are described in more detail in Appendix B hereto.
