For purposes of UNE loops, Routine Network Modifications include: rearranging or splicing of cable; adding an equipment case; adding a doubler or repeater; adding a xxxxx xxxx; installing a repeater shelf; adding a line card; deploying a new multiplexer or reconfiguring an existing multiplexer; and attaching electronic and other equipment that CenturyLink ordinarily attaches to a loop to activate such loop for its own customer.

AT&T Illinois will impose charges for Routine Network Modifications in instances where such charges are not included in any costs already recovered through existing, applicable recurring and non-recurring charges.
