Routine Evaluation definition

Routine Evaluation shall only contain the following: teacher's name, years of service, position(s) held, whether overall performance is satisfactory, needs improvement or unsatisfactory and the signature of the evaluator and evaluatee. In evaluating the work of teachers, the Board agrees to the following:

Examples of Routine Evaluation in a sentence

  • There was also a reduction in her general distress indicated by a reduction in her scores on The Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation - 10 (CORE-10) from 18 at assessment, indicating moderate levels of distress, to 6 at the final session, indicating non clinical levels of distress (table 1).
